2.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets through our payment partners [PAYMENT GATEWAY NAMES, e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree], and Cash on Delivery (COD).
2.3 COD Policy: For COD orders, we may require phone verification. We reserve the right to cancel any COD order that we deem to be high-risk for Return to Origin (RTO). For COD orders, a nominal advance payment may be requested in some cases to confirm your order.
2.4 Payment Errors: In case of a pricing error or payment gateway error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.
3. Product Descriptions and Quality
3.1 We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Colors, size, and packaging may slightly vary from the images shown due to lighting and screen resolution.
3.2 All products are for personal use. Our beauty and personal care tools are for external use only and results may vary from person to person. We make no medical claims.
3.3 As we operate on a curated dropshipping model, products are sourced from our trusted third-party suppliers. All products are quality-checked via samples before listing, however slight variations may occur.
4. Order Acceptance and Confirmation
4.1 Your order is an offer to purchase. Order acceptance occurs only when we send you an order confirmation email/SMS and dispatch your product.
4.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product being out of stock, errors in product description or pricing, suspected fraudulent transaction, or violation of these Terms.
4.3 If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within [REFUND TIMELINE, e.g., 5-7] business days.
5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

6.2 Eligibility for Return: To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging with all tags intact, with video proof of opening the parcel.

6.6 RTO / Refused Delivery: If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery or marked as RTO (Return to Origin), we reserve the right to blacklist the customer from future COD orders.
